WHAT WE DO… * LoveLight is The Light Center’s global network in support of the children and grandmothers of Africa who care for them. * LoveLight recruits, trains and supports volunteers who travel to South Africa. We partner with local organizations to facilitate an international exchange of healing wisdom and resources to create a more sustainable future for the children. * Lovelight volunteers are committed to carrying light to the children being orphaned by the AIDS pandemic and offering support to the grandmothers who are raising them. * LoveLight believes that service is a two-way street with all of us being teachers and learners, in ways that are empowering to all people involved. * LoveLight supports the wholeness in all people rather than striving to rescue or fix anyone. |
